Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order up to 10 minutes after it has been placed; after this time it can no longer be canceled. After 10 minutes, your order will be entering the automatic handling process which includes quality checks, packaging, and shipping. For this reason, we cannot accept any cancellations after this period.
IMPORTANT: In some cases, we offer upsells on the thank-you page after the order, where you can receive an additional discount if you purchase another item. With these offers, it is mandatory that a previously placed order for the same item cannot be cancelled due to the price difference compared to the thank-you offer. If you want to cancel, we can only cancel the upsell product that was purchased on the thank-you page.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Delivery Time
Delivery times are typically 5–10 working days after an order has been dispatched, depending on your end location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes, or carrier issues may impact delivery times.
Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

Refused Parcels and Not-at-Home Situations
If the consumer refuses to accept the parcel at the delivery address and/or is not at home at all delivery times, we will charge a 50% restocking fee of the purchase price. This will cover all logistics and return costs for the parcel to our warehouse.
